Who we are

Mold Shield Restoration is a Louisiana licensed mold remediation contractor (License MR.07924) serving South Louisiana and the Mississippi coast. You can reach us at 225-500-1530.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us when you contact us or when we perform work for you:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The address of the property concerned
• What you tell us about the problem, including any photographs you choose to send
• Records relating to work we have quoted or performed for you

We do not buy contact information, and we do not sell, rent or trade yours.

Text messaging

We use SMS to communicate with customers and prospective customers. If you text us, or give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, you consent to receive text messages from Mold Shield Restoration relating to your enquiry, your appointment or work in progress.

• Message frequency varies and depends on the job.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or call us on 225-500-1530.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, schedule and perform work, provide quotes and invoices, and keep records of jobs we have carried out. Where a job involves an insurer, a property manager or one of our partner contractors, we share only what that work requires.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the partner contractors, assessors, insurers or property owners directly involved in your job, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as we need them for business, tax and insurance purposes. If you want your information removed, call or text us and we will do what the law allows.

This website

This site is plain HTML and does not have a contact form. It uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. That sets a cookie and tells Google your approximate location, your device and which pages you looked at. We use it to work out which pages are useful, nothing else.

We do not run advertising pixels and we do not sell or share this data. If you would rather not be counted, most browsers can block analytics cookies, and browser “do not track” and ad-blocking extensions stop it entirely. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which is normal for any website.

Every photograph on this site was taken by Mold Shield Restoration on our own jobs. They are our copyright and they are not stock images. You may not copy, republish or use them — including in marketing, listings or training data — without our written permission.

If you want to use one, call or text 225-500-1530 and ask. We are reasonable about it, and we will want to know where it is going.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
